* All prices are net prices in PLN and refer to translation of 1125 characters with spaces in the final text. All prices are exempted from 23% VAT tax. Number of characters in certified translation is regulated by the law on sworn translations.

General conditions:
- Pre-valuation of the translation is free of charge.
- One minimum translation page equals either 1600 or 1125 characters with spaces.
- Pre-evaluation of a translation as well as the above presented process constitute only an estimated value, the final price of a translation may vary depending on: number of characters in the final document and other conditions (text complexity, field of translations, legibility of the document, document format and other).
- Statutory holidays and weekends are not included in the time of order completion
- Realization of each translation order commences on the first working day after the date of placing the order.
- Translations performed on the same day are express translations regardless of the number of pages.
- In order to pre-evaluate the translation please send the scans of the original documents by email. We accept the following files: word, excel, graphic files.
- All translations undergo graphic processing in line with the originally sent document unless the ordering party decides otherwise
- We do not issue sales invoices only bills of sales.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
1. Companies and institutions:
Payment by online transfer or cash is made on the basis of the issued bill of sale.
2. Private clients:
Pre-payment of the full amount by online transfer or cash on the basis of the issued bill of sale is made before the realization of the order.
